Predictions are not promises

Punt-X shows statistical predictions: the chance of an outcome, never a certainty. Even a 90% prediction loses one time in ten, and a slip of several picks loses far more often than any one of them. Nothing on Punt-X is financial advice or a guaranteed way to make money.

If you choose to bet

• Only bet money you can afford to lose, never money meant for rent, bills, food or school.
• Decide a budget and a time limit before you start, and stop when you reach either.
• Never chase losses by betting more to win back what you lost.
• Don't bet when you are upset, under pressure, or after drinking.
• Never borrow money, or sell things, to gamble.
• Take regular breaks, and keep betting one hobby among others.

• Spending more money or time than you planned, or hiding it from people close to you.
• Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you aren't betting.
• Betting to escape problems, or to win back losses.
• Borrowing, missing payments, or arguing with family or friends about gambling.
